Experience, skills
The development of the company have been years long, many sided experience primarly as the result of the stuff's experience in the telecommunication area. They gained their experience by developments for 7x24 systems. The main methods and devices used were the following:
- planning: structurated systemplanning, object orientated system development, UML, Rational Rose
- programing languages and devices
- database operators: Oracle Rdb, MS SQL and other specialities

Operating of a whole mobile telecommunication informatics
The ITware operates in 7x24 and develops the Westel Ltd.'s informatics systems (operating system, applications). The continous main tasks and the occasional developments are roughly the following in this area:
- Operation of customer service, mobile billing, POS and ledger systems
- Arrangement of billing for monthly mobile telephone fee from the pricing of the calling records through the producing of the bills to the envelopping
- Operating of exchange correspondant system and SMS gateway
- Operating of operating systems(NT cluster, Linux, VMS cluster)
- Developing of billing system according to the changes is law

The ITware wishes to have an extended family of customers and also to have a broader range of business courses that are served out by the company. The developed applications are planned to be available for our customers in a variety of forms.
By introducing the SMSware service ITware becomes also an application provider, which offers complex services. The company is prepared to do its activities not alone but as a member of a consortium. In a modell like this a more completed ASP service can be realised, as it will be extended by technological competences that are not owned by ITware (eg. providing telecommunication service).
We also welcomes those customers who would only like to outsource some of their informatics activities (for example application development), whilst they keep the other IT-competencies (for example server operating or Internet providing).
We also consider such market entries which follows the following business model: ITware creates with a provider a consortium for contentproviding. In this case the informatics competence of the ITware Ltd. will manifestate as the element of the division of labour inside the consortium.
